We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us.
We will issue product replacement or a full refund if the wrong item has been dispatched (once we receive the returned product). We will take postage and packaging charges into account.
For some reason, if you wish to return the product, please contact us, within 14 days of purchase, at email@example.com, stating the reason for return. After receiving your shipment, we will refund the amount. The customer must bear the cost of postage and packing in this instance. Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your refund to reach your bank account. We can only refund the debit/credit card, which was used originally for purchase. We strongly recommend you use a recorded or traceable delivery service against which you are insured in the event of a loss as we cannot be responsible for returned goods unless we have signed for them.
We do not refund products if they are opened or used, as once opened, the product is not deemed to be in a hygienic, sterile condition and cannot be re-sold. Items must be returned with all security protective seals unbroken.
At PureNature Store, we understand that from time to time, a product may not reach you in the condition in which you expected. The customer shall check the incoming goods immediately after receiving it. In the event of receiving damaged goods, please contact us within 24 hours to advise of such. Please forward a photographic proof of how you received your goods to firstname.lastname@example.org, including details and description of the damage. This allows us to raise such claim with our delivery provider promptly. Damaged goods may be required to be returned to us in order to raise such a claim. This will be at our discretion. Replacement goods will be despatched within 4 working days if the product is in stock.
If you have not notified us as above, we’ll consider the products as being of satisfactory quality for you and fit for their purposes, and we will not accept any rejection at a later date.
All returns must reach us within 20 working days of receiving your order. If 20 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
While we are disappointed when it happens, we understand that sometimes you need to change your mind and cancel an order. Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched (this is usually 24 - 48 hours after placing the order). If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, we can’t cancel it. The order will be considered valid, and you, the customer, will remain liable for the full payment.
